Working with Bennett Contracting has been a great experience. Over the last two years I have gotten to know almost everyone who works at your firm. Not only are your employees knowledgeable and extremely competent, but they are also safe, respectful and have an unmatched desire to work with other subcontractors and the general contractor. Bennett has been an invaluable team player. Your firm has provided several solutions and has helped to not just value engineer this project, but also complete the design in many cases. Your on-site superintendents have been a tremendous aid with their relationships with the City of Sarasota (Both Engineering and Utilities Departments) and FDOT. As you know, this project has a pretty large sitework package with many different pieces. It includes a retention pond, a large storm sewer system, a sanitary sewer system, paving (asphalt, concrete, and base for pavers), curbing, a domestic water system, a fire water system, and a large amount of grading. The level of quality in each of these areas has been top notch. In ten years of working all over the state of Florida, I can easily say that Bennett Contracting is by far the best site work contractor I have ever worked with.
